DIRECTOR OF SALES (DOS)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the General Manager to implement, achieve and maintain the hotel’s and company goals and objectives
- Responsible for identifying, developing and managing accounts within specific segments, markets or geographical territories
- Develop account production for group, MICE and F&B to achieve targeted revenue and sales results
- Ensure reports are completed to the hotel’s operational standards
- Resolve clients concerns quickly and to the highest satisfaction levels.
- Indonesian female with min. 5 years Sales & Marketing experiences in the hotel industry in a similar role
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Meticulous with excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical and good communication skill.
- Aptitude to work independently and self-directed with structured reporting abilities
- Proven established contacts with corporate clients and government departments
- Strong relationships in the global wholesale market
- Proactive and results driven
- Ability to work with a team locally and remotely
- Capacity to train, support, mentor and manage a small sales team
- Capability to work with an international sales team network
- Understanding of operational requirements, benchmarks, and yield management
