Responsibilities:
- Handle villa reservations inquiries via integrated reservations system, chat, email or phone from point of inquiry to closure.
- Manage daily reservation operations to achieve sales targets & service levels.
- Maintain Company standards to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Accommodation reservation & sales experience
- Highly developed communications skills
- Enjoy interaction with customers
- Excellent computer operating knowledge & typing skills
- Strong customer service history
- Proven sales and marketing ability
- Excellent English - written and spoken
- Highly sales orientated with knowledge of sales technique
- Familiar with supporting vendors for Guest Activities
- Background and experience as Concierge/ Reservation in Villa Rental is an advantage
- Systematic work style
- Friendly social nature and fast learner
- Flexible with roster days and able to follow procedures
Advantageous to have local luxury villa product knowledge and / or additional fluent foreign language skills.
