GUEST RELATION

General Requirements:

• Min. 2 years working experience in the same / similar position in 4 / 5 stars hotels. 
• Strong consumer, understand social media and product awareness.
• Strong in communication skill and could speak Chinese language would be better.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude, highly motivated, customer oriented, energetic, and pleasant personality.
