JAPANESE CHEF D’CUISINE
- Japanese nationality, maximum 40 years age
- Minimum 5 years experience in Japanese Culinary skills
- Strong in food cost and stock control
- Able to assist in setting up SOP’s and staff training
- Creative in menu composition
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including split shifts as required
- Excellent communication skills in English
