EXECUTIVE CHEF (local position)

The right candidates must possess:

  • a minimum of 2 years similar experience at a four star hotel with pre-opening experince.
  • able to set up kitchens and the equipment ensuring smooth service flows in catering the restaurants andmeeting rooms.
  • excellent skills in modern and classical of both Western and Asian culinary.
  • well versed knowledge and skills of pastry and bakery
  • a graduate of a reputable public relations school and or communication science is an advantage.
