Taman Bhagawan is seeking for qualified candidates to fill current available position of :
PURCHASING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for complying with procurement contract, once executed with your direct superior and establishing controls to ensure that actual purchasing of goods and services are in accordance with purchasing program parameters and are made only from approved vendors.
- Aware of what is perceived to be lower cost/higher quality goods and services as compared to the relevant contract or quote, you should communicate this directly to Financial Controller.
- Vendor or Supplier required regular price list approved by Departement Head – Financial Controller – Director.
- Vendor or Supplier required a minimum of three quotations and sample where appropriate as per Purchasing Policy.
- All purchased request should receive appropriate review and approval, consistent with authorization guidelines. Obtained competitive bids whenever practical; simplify specifications and consolidate purchasing activities whenever appropriate; monitor price variances.
- Ensure all Purchase Request have proper details, prices, justification and authorization as per purchasing policy.
- Ensure that all requests are proceed on daily basis without any further delays.
- Ensure proper tracking, distribution and information on purchase request are communicated with their related department.
- Record & Maintain Cash flow and DCP form (Direct Cash Purchase)
- Maintain and update spec, price, quote, stock on hand according request
- Process all Purchase Order upon approval of Financial Manager.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree with 3 years relevant experiences, preferably in hospitality industry
- Has excellent communication skills
- Must have good negotiation skills
- Familiar with Purchase Order System
- Be able to work with under pressure
- Must be keen on details
- Must have good interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Must be a Team player, professionally mature, and hardworking
- Applicants must be willing to interviewed and work in Bali
