HHRMA - Guest Relation Officier

Boutique villa with 17 units -Bali Luxury Villas & Spa Ubud is looking for GRO with the following qualifications:

1. Female (Maximum age: 35 years old)
2. Charming and nice looking
3. Education minimum: Diploma II tourism majors
4. Fresh graduated is accepted
5. Fluently English speaking and writing
6. Hard working, service oriented, team work and talent
7. Have knowledge at least Bali in general, Ubud area, tourist objects and hospitality & tourism product
8. Greater residence in Ubud area
9. Able to join in shortdays

Main jobs:

• Be quality control villa products such as checking villa and ensure readiness of villas arrival. 
• Daily visit and greeting all inhouse guests
• Handling guest complaints
• Upselling villa products
• Coordinate with other departments
• Daily reporting which in related with Guest activities
