Qualification :
- Minimum 5 years experience in 5 star hotels/reputable restaurants.
- Passionate and up to date with food trends
- Experience in Japanese cuisine an advantage
- Creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene
- Preparing and managing buffet banquets at least for 50-100 guest
- Good people management and communication skills
