Job Location: Nihiwatu Resort, West Sumba - NTT
- Indonesian citizen.
- Comfortable spending extended periods of time in a remote location.
- Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance, and health and safety.
- Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
- Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff.

- Minimum D-3 in Accounting, a first degree in Finance would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Office software.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Having a good team work, self motivated and hard worker.
