JOB PROFILE:
- Fluent in communication skills both oral and written, other language will be an advantage
- Know well about standard bar equipment and drink recipe
- Able to identify characteristic of each drink
- Able to create or invented some drink
- Willing to explore, develop beverage and mixing drink skill and recipe
- Have a pleasant personality
- Prefer candidate with hotel knowledge, well known independent restaurant with foreign market is also accepted.
- Able to operate standard computer skills
- Smart working with ability to build customer relations in extraordinary way
- A team player
- Willing to work with flexible time
