Requirements:
- Have experience min. 1 year in relevant position (1), experience in an Digital/Social Media Channel or advertising Agency, extensive experience in customer service, marketing, communications, public relations and/or Hospitality industry (2)
- Excellence in English verbal and written is a MUST (1,2)
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. (1)
- Organizing sales visits, demonstrating and presenting products. (1)
- Can be multitask with back up reservations job task, replying email, booking inquiries, etc. 1)
- Provides accurate, elegant information, post and monitor on Blue Karma Collection of Escapes. He/she guides prospective clientele on Digital Channel to select appropriate travel experiences, the Social Media Officer helps develop and implement the Blue Karma Secret marketing and public outreach program that will increase public awareness, correct misconceptions, and offer the services to reconnect to yourself, others, the environment and ready to share it to their own community. (2)
- Broad Knowledge of Social Media management platforms and tools, like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Youtube. Provide insights on what content will work well on social media (2)
- Highly knowledgeable about Social Media trend and Hospitality Industry systems. Running Campaign Ads and Content Producing capability under the set strategy. (2)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of attention, accuracy and speed. (1,2,3)
- Able to join immediately (1,2,3)
