- Able to work independently, as part of a small team

- Follow standard recipes and portion sizes accurately
GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR
- Motivate and lead small team with experience in Reservations, Front Office, Guest Services and a good understanding of accounting procedures
- Excellent supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills with a keen attention to detail
- Promotes team achievement, contributes to the development and success of departmental objectives
- Excellent coordination with other operational departments for a seamless guest experience
HOUSEKEEPING COORDINATOR
- Coordinate housekeeping and laundry operations, ensures accurate work schedulling
- Maintain high levels of room cleanliness and deliver an exceptional in-villa dining experience
- Comfortable with administering Housekeeping resources and inventory control
- Exceptional trainer with a passion for developing junior team members
- Work closely with Engineering Department to establish a preventive maintenance schedule
