The ideal applicant should have:
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar role
- Graduated from S1 Agriculture Program
- Good communication skills
- Innovative, creative and can give an idea relate with garden maintenance
- Have a skill to develop many kind of plantation
- Have a skill to make a sketch and draw garden lay out
- Time management and have a good leadership skills
