Human Resources Manager

Qualification :
  • Proven track record in the similar role for 2 years experiences in a 4 stars hotel
  • Strong leadership, dynamic person, confidence and outgoing personality
  • Excellent command of English communication both spoken and written
  • Good presentation skill
  • High inter personal skill and professional attitude
  • Attention to details, responsible and highly motivated, work as a team/individual
  • Able to start immediately (will be most preferred) Should you meet the qualification
General Specification :
  • The right candidate will have knowledge in training techniques and processes, payroll practices and related local law compliance, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan practices.
  • General administration skills including associates performance. Analysis, departmental operating manual and SOPs maintenance. Selection-interviewing and hiring skills. Ability to retain and develop talents, develop manage and maintain departmental budget, hotel manning guide and associates status records. Deliver departmental monthly reposts and payroll accuracy.
