Responsibilities
- Manage, delegate responsibilities, & supervise bar & restaurant team
- Manage restaurant and bar operations.
- Consistently review operations and staff to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities to improve.
- Train and coach bar & restaurant team on guest service & practice
- Creating excellent guest experience by delivering a highest level of service
Requirement
- Provision English both spoken and written
- Completed training in all area of the restaurant
- Outgoing personality
- Computer literate
- Good teamwork
- Result oriented
- Maintain quality under pressure
Demi Chef
A demi chef is responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities.
Responsibilities
- Support Chef de Partie & Sous Chef in the daily operation
- Work on the daily food preparation that assigned by superior
- Ensure the highest standard and consistent quality in the daily preparation
- Keep the hygiene and sanitation standard at the work place
- Ensures that all food products are handled, stored, prepared and served safely in accordance with food safety guideline.
Requirement
- At the same role at least 1 year
- Has a good cooking skills
- Organised & detail oriented
- Good knowledge in food safety
- Specific food preparation techniques
- Good communication skill
- Able to work under pressure
