1. Mandarin Speaking GRO
General Qualifications:

• Min. D3 in relevant educational background
• Excellent spoken and written English & Mandarin and other languages would an advantage
• Self motivated, good guest relation skill, and cashiering skill
• Overseas exposure education and or working experience is an advantage 

2. Guest Service Agent
General Qualifications:

• Guest Service professional with hotel experience
• Self motivated and having outgoing personality
• Good communication skill and prefer to work as a team
• Able to make things better for the customer and has an ability to take an initiative in learning and selling product.
• Ability to speak Mandarin Russian or Korea will be advantage
