Inspired by the region’s natural surroundings and locally grown ingredients found in a traditional kitchen, Dugong’s modern menu invites guests to experience Indonesia on a plate. Dine under the authentic bamboo roof, accompanied by panoramic ocean view. Our amazing Dugong Restaurant is already considered one of the best in the south of Bali.

Suarga Padang Padang is a luxury boutique resort with 38 villas and pavilions. Our sustainable resort is the first resort in Bali running on solar power and will soon join the collection of “Unique Lodges of the World” from National Geographic.

We invite qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions:

  1. Waiter or Waitress
  2. Bartender (m/f)

We would like to hear from you if you have the following qualifications:
  • Hands-on mentality and able to work in a “western style” efficiently
  • Dynamic attitude/Energetic & outgoing personality 
  • Excellent presentation and very good English
  • Minimum two years’ experience in luxury hotel or restaurant 
  • Diploma in hospitality or related field
  • Currently living in South Bali or willing to relocate
