General Manager

Candidates for the General Manager must fulfill the following criteria :
  • Male/Female maximum 45 years old
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related field
  • Have expertise in Sales and Marketing
  • Knowledge of the Bali Market is advantageous
  • Hands-on determined and active in driving business
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as General Manager in 4-star hotel
  • Highly motivated and strong leadership
  • Excellent English in both written and spoken, other languages is an advantage
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and energetic personality

Able to estabilish good relations with owners and is able to grasp the fundamentals of delivering high quality service and profitable operations.
