Responsibilities:
- Handle villa reservations inquiries via integrated reservations system, chat, email or phone from point of inquiry to closure.
- Manage the daily reservations operations to achieve sales targets & service levels.
- Liaise closely with Reservations Manager to ensure team objectives are being met and streamlined.
- Maintaining Company standards and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
General Qualifications:
- Accommodation reservation & sales experience
- Highly developed communications skills
- Enjoys interaction with customers
- Excellent computer operating knowledge & typing skills
- Strong customer service history
- Proven sales and marketing ability
- Excellent English written & verbal skills
- Highly sales orientated with sales technique knowledge
- Familiar with supporting vendor for the Guest Activity.
- Have background and experience as Concierge/ Reservation in Villa Rental are preferable.
- Systematic work style
- Friendly social nature and fast learner
- Flexible with roster days and willing to follow our procedures.
