Sales And Marketing Coordinator
Bali - Kerobokan
Responsibilities:
This vacant position will give candidate opportunity to show his/her best in Sales Administrative, E-commerce and Guest's Services.
- Pre-arrival preparations for the guests who come to stay in villas that company manage. Assistance on check-in for VIP-clients.
- Maintain booking calendars on-line and offline.
- Synchronize calendars with On-line Travel Agents (booking.com; agoda; wotif; asiarooms).
- Collect information about the customers and maintain customer's database.
- Follow up guest's reviews after departure.
- Managing special requests. Following guest's comments and possible complaints.
- Support good relations between the villa managers, management office and the guests.
- Develops and participate in company's marketing activities like develop new sales channels on-line and offline, sales visits, inspections, show the properties, advertise new properties, open houses.
- Work in cooperation with accounting, ground handling (guest services) departments, others sales managers and property managers.
Requirements:
- Graduated from hospitality or management or marketing.
- At least 2 two years of working experience in hospitality/hotel/villa management industry.
- Priority for those who has experience working in Front Office and Guest Relations.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet, OTA software).
- Full-Time job in very beautiful office in Uma Alas, Kerobokan area of Bali.
- Excellent both verbal and writing of English, especially in grammatical for correspondence.
- Well groom of luxury villa representative.
- Good team player.
- Flexible in working hours.
- Fast reaction and fast response.
- Accurate in numbers and details.
- Easy to go and easy to talk. Not shy. Be calm facing complaints.
