GENERAL MANAGER – BALI
Qualifications:
- Female / Male, min. S 1 degree in any kind of major, S 2 degree is preferable
- Minimum 5 year experience as General Manager in the hospitality industry
- Strong vision of human development, staff career path through training and corporate social responsibility
- Must has internet and computer skills, well underStanding on line travel agent and ability to set up strategy in developing brand awareness to public
- Must has excellent leadership and managerial skill, excellent communication skill and marketing strategic, sales and presentation skills, high interpersonal skills and has problem solving skills.
- Must be goal and target oriented, flexible and creative under pressure, has an ability to train and motivate team members and has high self confidence
- Strong analytical and numerical sense specifically in statistic
- Mentally and phisically fit and alert
- Fluent in English and computer literate
- Willing to be placed in KUTA, BALI
