GENERAL MANAGER – BALI

Qualifications:
  • Female / Male, min. S 1 degree in any kind of major, S 2 degree is preferable
  • Minimum 5 year experience as General Manager in the hospitality industry 
  • Strong vision of human development, staff career path through training and corporate social responsibility
  • Must has internet and computer skills, well underStanding on line travel agent and ability to set up strategy in developing brand awareness to public
  • Must has excellent leadership and managerial skill, excellent communication skill and marketing strategic, sales and presentation skills, high interpersonal skills and has problem solving skills.
  • Must be goal and target oriented, flexible and creative under pressure, has an ability to train and motivate team members and has high self confidence 
  • Strong analytical and numerical sense specifically in statistic 
  • Mentally and phisically fit and alert
  • Fluent in English and computer literate
  • Willing to be placed in KUTA, BALI
