  1. Chef de Parties and Demi Chef de Parties – skilled and able to work in a small multi function kitchen 
  2. Hostess / Asst Manager: Attractive looking, smart and with basic managerial skills 
  3. Senior waiter/waitress: Able to manage his/her team and replace assistant manager as needed.
  4. Waitress/Waiter: fun loving and motivated. 
  5. Stewards: fun loving and motivated.
  6. Junior Accountant: detail orientated

Qualifications :
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same position in a quality hotel or restaurant
  • Very good English a must. Other foreign languages a plus. Outgoing personality and great social skills as all staff will have direct guest contact.
  • Creative, energetic and positive individuals
  • Team players
