- Graduated Diploma or S1
- Reporting to the Front Office Manager
- Candidates must have experience as GRO in 4-5* hotel
- Honest, Careful, Responsible, self starter, dynamic
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- Able to work under pressure & must have team work capabilities
