Job Description:
A local citizen as Chinese GRO for is at the forefront of customer service / representative of the hotel and management to perform the professionalism and service excellent to the guest. A GRO gives each guest a personal recognition that could be in a form of memorizing names of the customers or addressing them with the correct salutations. He or she provides hotel guests with above-and-beyond service to ensure their experience will be worth remembering. The position ensures that guests are happy from the moment they step into the hotel until they leave.
Requirement
- Chinese fluent speaking and medium/high level Reading and writing.
- Good command of English
- Degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent
- Experienced/certificate in hospitality industry especially Front Desk/GRO
- Experienced in dealing with guests complaint, customer service and excellent communication skill (written and verbal)
- An outgoing and cheerful personality
- A smart and well groomed appearance
- Computer literacy
What we offer:
- Attractive salary contract package
- 1 or 2 years contract depending on the experience of the candidate.
