Resort Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to General Manager, the Resort Manager shall provide for and manage the needs of the hotel operations and with accountabilities for the following:-
  • Implementing continuous improvement in operations.
  • Developing / shaping business strategies for long term growth.
  • Enhancing the service standards and hospitality experience.
  • Raising the core competencies of the management / operations team.

The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
  • Pro-active, a mover and a shaker who will make things happen.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong people management, good business acumen, resourcefulness, a hands-on approach to work and decision making skills are necessary in this role.
  • To succeed in this exciting and challenging role, the candidate should possess at least 1 years resort management experience.
