Resort Manager
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to General Manager, the Resort Manager shall provide for and manage the needs of the hotel operations and with accountabilities for the following:-
- Implementing continuous improvement in operations.
- Developing / shaping business strategies for long term growth.
- Enhancing the service standards and hospitality experience.
- Raising the core competencies of the management / operations team.
