We currently have a key opening for our:

IT Administrator

The position is a key part of the successful delivery and operation of IT solutions for Accor Vacation Club Asia. This role will assist Accor Vacation Club Asia in the delivery of IT systems (communications, applications and hardware) services for the company and provide guidance on the future strategy of the business. This role will act as a support resource to all users within the company in order to ensure resolution of problems in a timely manner. This is a “hands on” position requiring you to work independently, while working as an active member of the IT team.

Work Location:
Nusa Dua - Bali

Requirements:
  • Preferably domicile in Bali.
  • Have minimum 3 years experience in IT Support/Helpdesk/System Administrator roles or similar.
  • Working technical knowledge of network, Windows server, PC operating systems and telephone PABX systems.
  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Proactive, honest, with good communication skills and team attitude.
  • Excellent in spoken and written English.
