Human Resources Supervisor

HR Supervisor is responsible for implementing and coordinating policies and programs: employment, labor relations, wage and salary administration, fringe benefit administration, placement, safety, worker’s compensation, insurance and health benefits and employee services

Responsibility
  • Human Resources administration
  • Human Resources supervision

Requirement
  • At least 1 years experience at the same role or 2 years as HR officer/admin
  • The principles and practices of human resources administration.
  • Laws applicable to employment practices.
  • Business English, grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  • The principles and practices of supervision.
  • Capable in using computer software programs.
  • Performing mathematical calculations.
