Chinese Guest Relations Officer
Responsibilities:
- To deliver excellent customer service and cater to the needs of Guests as well as coordinate with other team members to ensure an exceptional Guest experience.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking Guests and ensure all departments are fully briefed on their requirements
- To cross and up sell the resort’s products and services
- Manage, record and resolve all Guest requests in a timely and professional manner, escalating accordingly where required
- Assist with other departments, as necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma or fresh graduates
- Hospitality related education is an advantage
- Proficient in the use of computers and familiarity with electronic channels
- Excellent command of Mandarin both spoken and written
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written
- An ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Accountable and resilient
- Commitment to delivering a high levels of customer service
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
- A passion for delivering an exceptional level of Guest service
