HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Requirements:
- Have experience minimum two years in the same position
- Managerial and negotiation skills, particularly in employee and industrial relations
- Excellent track record as a people developer and in formulating and implementing HR policies and systems
- Thorough knowledge of Indonesian Employment & Industrial Law
- Strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and nice personality
- Fluent in English
