EXECUTIVE CHEF (local position)
The right candidates must possess:
- a minimum of 2 years similar experience at a four star hotel with pre-opening experince.
- able to set up kitchens and the equipment ensuring smooth service flows in catering the restaurants andmeeting rooms.
- excellent skills in modern and classical of both Western and Asian culinary.
- well versed knowledge and skills of pastry and bakery
- a graduate of a reputable public relations school and or communication science is an advantage.
