Committed to making a difference in hospitality standards and to serving only the best to our guests, we are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and dedicated team player for the position of CHINESE GUEST SERVICE AGENT.
Role Function
- To provide a personalized service in the native Chinese language to Chinese-speaking clientele by attending to all needs and requirements during their stay
- To ensure that services provided to the Chinese-speaking clientele are accurate and meet the highest level of standards
General Requirements
- Excellent reading and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese languages
- Strong customer relationship skill and attention to details
- Could speaking Japanese will be good value
- Highly self-motivated and strong team player
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills and the ability to work independently with a range of responsibilities
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field
- Minimum with High School Diploma or GED required
