Resting in an exclusive private estate in Tanah Gajah, Ubud, hidden among the lush undulating hills of Bali’s culture-rich highlands, The Chedi Club Tanah Gajah features a tranquil world of 20 self-contained villas and suites spread across a rural landscape of 5-hectare breathtaking gardens and restful rice fields.

Committed to making a difference in hospitality standards and to serving only the best to our guests, we are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and dedicated team player for the position of CHINESE GUEST SERVICE AGENT.

Role Function
  • To provide a personalized service in the native Chinese language to Chinese-speaking clientele by attending to all needs and requirements during their stay
  • To ensure that services provided to the Chinese-speaking clientele are accurate and meet the highest level of standards

General Requirements
  • Excellent reading and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese languages
  • Strong customer relationship skill and attention to details
  • Could speaking Japanese will be good value
  • Highly self-motivated and strong team player
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills and the ability to work independently with a range of responsibilities
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field
  • Minimum with High School Diploma or GED required
