Market Executive needed for Asiarooms.com

AsiaRoom is looking for candidate to be assigned as Market Executive.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Contracting of hotels across the designated country - Indonesia
  • Analyzing the product quality as well as the potential of the product.
  • Contracting with Individual hotels as well as negotiations with the hotel chains.
  • Training the hotels on using the Extranet to help them generate maximum yield.
  • Maintaining Key Accounts (Hotel chains and stand alone hotels)

2. Ensure the quality of the product, online availability and pricing
  • Constant maintenance of rate parity and online availability to grow net revenue.
  • Keeping a close eye on the trend of market and future requirements according to the events and market.
  • Establish and maintain supplier relationships, train partner hotels on extranet and the wholesale business, review monthly production reports and provide feedback to top producing hotels.
  • Keep a close eye on ranking of the hotels and quality of the product. Also, motivating hotels to improve the available product.
  • Implement extranet rate and inventory revisions, ensuring suppliers understand the extranet and increase supplier usage of the extranet

3. Would work at all times towards promoting AsiaRooms/LateRooms to all external companies and represent AsiaRooms/LateRooms when required at all Meeting, Forums etc.

4. Perform any other role that may be required to ensure efficient performance of his/her division.

Experience and skills
  • Previous experience in hotel industry or Travel agency will be preferred
  • Candidate should be able to communicate well in the local language according to the market
  • Well versed in Bahasa Indonesia and English language
  • Excellent Negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good at multi-tasking and maintaining a striking balances
