Taman Bhagawan is seeking for qualified candidates to fill current available positions of :

1. SALES MANAGER
2. MARKETING & COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE
3. CREATIVE DESIGN

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all sales and marketing communication related activities.
• Formulated sales strategies and marcomm objectives to achieve business goals and profits.
• Build/ develop market opportunity with potential and existing customers.
• Responsible in conducting market survey exercise.
• Monitor, analyze and report periodic on sales performance.
• To ensure accounts receivable in compliance with company policy
• To work closely with other department to strengthen our market position.
• To perform any other related duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
• Develops, maintains and improve business relations with all corporate / Travel Agents accounts.
• Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in planning, developing, overseeing and implementing the Sales & Marketing Strategies.
• Monitor and analyze sales & marketing trends for corporate and agents accounts as well as able to perform market intelligence.

Requirements :

• Possess Degree/Diploma in Business or Marketing with 3 years relevant experiences, preferably in hospitality sales (1 & 2).
• Result oriented, pleasant disposition with good inter-personal and communication skills (1).
• Possess knowlegde of good media and good relation with media (preferably) (2)
• Having manual/digital illustration (3)
• A pro in design softwares, Adobe Al, Photoshop and attached portfolio (3)
• Attention to details and good craftmanship (3) 
• Be able to work with under pressure
• Have a good level in English
• Possess a strong leadership and negotiation skill.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
• Willing to be interviewed at Bali and able to join immediately
