HHRMA - RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER

WakaGangga, a four star boutique hotel located on Gangga Beach Tabanan will be reopening in September 2013 with 27 villas, one restaurant, one bar, Spa, and main swimming pool. We are currently searching for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to be part of our team to fill vacancies in the following department :

RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER

General Qualifications :
  • Education : minimum D4 /S1 degree.
  • Experience : minimum 2 years in similar position 
  • Language : good spoken and written English
  • Strong knowledge & good experience in FB operations
  • Good communication skills and guest service oriented
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Self motivated and capable to train and manage a FB Service team
  • Familiar working with PMS systems (Myoh, Pyxis,VHP, others) 
  • Experience in developing and building –up a restaurant
  • Knowledgeable about FB cost controlling
