RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER
General Qualifications :
- Education : minimum D4 /S1 degree.
- Experience : minimum 2 years in similar position
- Language : good spoken and written English
- Strong knowledge & good experience in FB operations
- Good communication skills and guest service oriented
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Self motivated and capable to train and manage a FB Service team
- Familiar working with PMS systems (Myoh, Pyxis,VHP, others)
- Experience in developing and building –up a restaurant
- Knowledgeable about FB cost controlling
