General qualifications:
- Candidates at least a Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field in a 4/5 star hotel (1,2, & 6)
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field in a 4/5 star hotel (3, 4, 5,)
- Candidates have strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication
- Excellent command of English. Speak other foreign languages will be an advantage
- Problem solving and complain handling skills (1,2,3,& 4)
- Proficient in spreadsheet (1,2,5, & 6)
- Knowledge of Power Pro system (1,2,3,4,5, & 6)
- Well-groomed, discipline, personable and have an excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work in a high paced, high pressure, multitasking environment
