Customer Services for IT

Job Description :

  • Receiving and making calls to users/client in English at any level
  • Write a log book of request/complaints and keep the status update
  • Arrange the job request to be delivered to IT supports
  • Make IT notes/documentations/report (domains, emails, PO, etc)
  • Will do any other administrative jobs

Requirement :

  • Good listening & speaking in English (This is essential and priority)
  • Having knowledge/background in IT is an advantage
  • Easy going to work with any days if needed (public holidays, Sunday, etc)

Accounting Staff
Essential requirements:
  • D3/S1 degree in Accounting
  • Having knowledge in the field of taxation and accounting standards Indonesia
  • Familiar with MYOB accounting software
  • Good spoken and written in English
  • Team worker
