  • Minimum 3 (three) years experience in same field at Villa or Hotel (1,2,3)
  • Minimum Diploma III in Hotel & Tourism Management (1,2,3)
  • Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written (1,2,3)
  • Good leadership, strong management skills, hard worker, & able to work under pressure (1,2,3)
  • Familiar with VHP System (3)
