Job Description :
- Receiving and making calls to users/client in English at any level
- Write a log book of request/complaints and keep the status update
- Arrange the job request to be delivered to IT supports
- Make IT notes/documentations/report (domains, emails, PO, etc)
- Will do any other administrative jobs
Requirement :
- Good listening & speaking in English (This is essential and priority)
- Having knowledge/background in IT is an advantage
- Having experience in Call center is an advantage
- Easy going to work with any days if needed (public holidays, Sunday, etc)
