Human Resources Manager-Indonesia


Job Scope
This position is responsible for all HR operations & management for the Indonesia office and works closely with HR Manager, Singapore and Head of HR, Middle East & Asia Pacific to coordinate and drive strategic HR initiatives for Indonesia in both Bali and Jakarta.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years’ of experience in similar capacity with degree in Human Resource Management and its equivalent
  • Previous experience working in start-up environment will be an added advantage
  • Experience dealing with multi-cultural clientele group
  • Strong HR operational background with business partnering experience
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Indonesia labour laws, taxation and policies
  • Ability to work effectively across a regional organisation
  • Fluency in English essential, preferably another Asian language
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills including strong written and verbal
