Our architecture design office which specialist in bamboo architecture and green living concept is seeking a professional candidate to join our office as :
Architect
Responsible :
- Full time position (trial period for 3 months)
- Good knowledge and have skill in architecture field for 3-5 years
- Willing to learn in bamboo architecture
- Involve in design concept through construction drawings
- Coordinating architecture drawings with structural, M&E, interior, landscape and others
- Assist in reviewing design, design implementation/realization and checking all phase in construction phase
- Handling various type of project
- Have experience in Master Planning and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) for 3-5 years
Requirements:
- Female/Male
- Bachelor degree in Architecture (S1) from reputable university
- Willing to learn in bamboo architecture
- Can make an estimated price of the Building (BOQ/RAB)
- Advanced level in AutoCAD 2D and 3D (Photoshop / Illustrator / CorelDraw ,3Dmax , sketchup or other related design software are appreciated)
- Highly motivated, able to work as an individual or in a team, trustworthy, highly responsible, able to work thoroughly, hard worker.
- Willing to do site survey.
- Interest in 3d modeling (making mock-up/ maquette)
- Minimal Intermediate level in English oral & written.
- Good communicator .Excellent hand sketching
