Currently we are looking for calibre candidate to be assigned as National Manager Indonesia, with below 
Job Description and profile :
Job Description :
  • Oversee from 2 to 100 people depending of the operations requirements.
  • Organize and coordinatelocalship calls operations including preparation, training, supplier sourcing, organizing and executing the various aspects of the call, transit or turnaround, problem solving and follow up
  • Attending workshops, sales trips (if needed) and relevant tradeshows
  • Coordinate supplier compliance, contracts and health and safety requirements
  • Ensure guests satisfaction ratings are achieved and also that we have the right processes in place when it comes to handling guests issues or feedback
  • Compile operations reports
  • Train and implement all Intercruises standards within the team
  • Achieve targets both financial and operational
  • Staff periodical assessment. (when needed)
  • Establish a good working relationship with clients and local authorities but also with colleagues in the cruise and travel industry for networking purposes.
  • Complete staff evaluations and provide leadership to the team
Profiles :
  • Candidate must possess at least a GCE "O"/"A" Level/Diploma in Business Studies Management/ Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the travel field and in Operations Department is a MUST for this position.
  • Effective leadership and excellent people developer and motivator.
  • Strategic business developer, sales experience is welcomed.
  • Proficient in budgeting and forecasting and possess strong presentation skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal administrative and organizational skills.
  • Previous Managerial experience, welcomed.
  • Good knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Requires excellent communication skills – both oral and written.
  • Mature, diplomatic, goal orientated and good time management
  • Positive attitude and flexibility.
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Able to work extended hours and weekends and under pressure.
  • Availability to travel within the region.
