1. GUEST SERVICE AGENT (GSA)
Qualification and Experience:
- Previous Front Office/Guest Service Supervisor experience necessary .
- Min. D2, prefer male.
- Customer service skills are a must, to make sure that customer receive proper treatment
- Duties range from providing assistance to guests, responding to comments, cashiering, monitor the occupancy, directing the marketing effort
- Manage and develop employee.
- Able to prepare the report and data to present to the higher level
