SeaTrek Sailing Adventures operates two luxury vessel, the Katharina and Ombak Putih with a vision provide personalized sea voyages offering exceptional hospitality to unique destinations, places of astonishing natural beauty that seem locked in time, with a wide variety of locale rarely visited by Westerners.

We invite candidates who are well groomed, discreet, trustworthy, honest and hard-working to join our Team for the following vacancies :

1. Staff Administration for Human Resources & Accounting ( 1 position )
With qualifications :

• Female, 23 – 30 years old
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Well groomed and appearance
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Has good administration skill and computer literate (Excel, Word & Microsoft Outlook)
• Honest, good personality, highly motivated, willing to learn & great team player
• Able to join immediately

2. Reception ( 1 position )
With qualifications :

• Female
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Well groomed and appearance
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• good administrational & computer skills

3. Executive Chef (1 position)
With qualifications :

• Able to manage 2 kitchens onboard traditional pinisi boats
• Able to design and create menus with a strong feel for Indonesian tradition but open to a Western pallet
• Able to implement menus and train the cooks onboard
• Work strong together with purchasing to create efficient purchasing and inventory control
• Willing to spend time on both boats 
• Able to control and create Hygiene programs up to HACCP norms
• Good communication, interpersonal and management skill
