- Has experiences in leadership position in 5-star international hotel for more than 3 years
- Strong at both people and business leadership
- Passionate to develop team members
- Well organized and hands-on in operation
- Good at light modern cuisine and buffet
- Innovative in creating new products following the current trend
- Has Asia experiences of some sort either through a food promotion or work experience
- Has overseas experiences for more than 2 years
- Good at Western cuisine
