Requirements :
- A degree or diploma in F&B.
- Min 2-4 years relevant experience in F&B industry with at least 2 years at Management level.
- Strong leadership quality with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge in setting new outlets or new design of outlet.
- Capable in managing the staff and good communication skills.
- High energy and a strong passion for delighting customer.
Requirements :
- A degree or diploma in Food production.
- Min 2-3 years relevant experience in food production industry.
- Having leadership skill.
- Overseeing the operation of kitchen.
- Able to coordinate and manage team.
- Preparing meal and planning menu.
- Control inventory, ordering and food quality.* Good in public relation skills to deal with supplier & team.
