General :

- Managing and handling customer services function pre and after sales services.
- Handling customer’s inquiries through electronic tools (e-mail response, live chat, phone)
- Facilitate communication between suppliers (hotel partner) and customer’s (client).
- follow up and solve complaint to improve services.
- maintain customer services standard
- to establish standard operation procedure in responding customer
- minimum 1 year experience in hospitality/trevel.
- English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
- Detailed, customer oriented, proactive, self-motivated
