Roles & Responsibilities:-
General :
  1. Managing and handling customer services function pre and after sales services.
  2. Handling customer’s inquiries through electronic tools (e-mail response, live chat, phone)
  3. Facilitate communication between suppliers (hotel partner) and customer’s (client).
  4. follow up and solve complaint to improve services. 
  5. maintain customer services standard
  6. to establish standard operation procedure in responding customer 
Qualifications & Skills:
  • minimum 1 year experience in hospitality/trevel.
  • English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
  • Detailed, customer oriented, proactive, self-motivated
