- Possess at least a Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent
- Previous Hotel experience in a 4/5 star hotel environment at least 2 years in relevant field (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8)
- Possess strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication
- Excellent command of English communication (1); Speak other foreign languages than English will be an advantage
- Computer literate, preferably with Windows applications such as Word and Excel (1,2,3,4,5,6,7)
- Knowledge of Fidelio/Opera (1,2,5,6,7)
- Well-groomed, personable and have an excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to work in a high paced, high pressure environment
