Due to open in Early 2013, A New Development 4 Stars Hotel’s Plaza is searching for:
HOTEL MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- To manage a Newly 4 stars Hotel’s plaza with facilities Banquet/ Function Facilities, Conference Facilities, Meeting Rooms, Business Centre and Restaurants;
- To be responsible for the effective running of overall operation of the hotel;
- To supervise the hotel day-to-day financial control and in particular the management and approval of expenditures in line with company policy;
- To assist and guide the front desk team in sales and guest satisfaction;
- To guide the staff, supervisors and managers in achieving their objectives and goals, as well as always improving guest satisfaction;
- To provide staff motivation, training and guidance;
- To report directly to the Chairman/ Director.
- Pre-opening experience would be advantage and/ or posses at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Must have hands on knowledge of Sales Marketing, F & B operations, Front office, Housekeeping, Human resources and maintenance;
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent;
- Applicants must be willing to move and work overseas;
- Good leadership and team work;
- Good command of English.
