- Possess at least a Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent
- Previous Hotel experience in a 4/5 star hotel environment at least 2 years in relevant field (1-5), have worked overseas is an advantage (1&3)
- Possess strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication
- Excellent command of English communication (1-5); Speak other foreign languages than English will be an advantage (2)
- Computer literate, preferably with Windows applications such as Word and Excel (1,2,3,4,5); Proficient in spreadsheet (5)
- Knowledge of Fidelio/Opera (2,3,5)
- Must be able to work in a high paced, high pressure environment
- Strong background and good understanding of the following areas(5):
