Karma Kandara is currently searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to be part of our team, for the following positions:
  1. Souse Chef
  2. Reservation Agent
  3. F&B Admin
  4. Chief Security & Safety
  5. Purchasing Manager
General Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent
  • Previous Hotel experience in a 4/5 star hotel environment at least 2 years in relevant field (1-5), have worked overseas is an advantage (1&3)
  • Possess strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication
  • Excellent command of English communication (1-5); Speak other foreign languages than English will be an advantage (2)
  • Computer literate, preferably with Windows applications such as Word and Excel (1,2,3,4,5); Proficient in spreadsheet (5)
  • Knowledge of Fidelio/Opera (2,3,5)
  • Must be able to work in a high paced, high pressure environment
  • Strong background and good understanding of the following areas(5):
a. F&B Product, Guest Amenities, General Suppliers, Engineering Supplier, FFE/HOE
b. Demonstrated leadership ability ,good interpersonal skills, Initiative, Problem solver and committed to deadline
